Laser cutting of metal sheet:

Laser cutting of metal is the most spreading technology of nesting pattern of steel sheet. Metal is cut with powerful laser ray which is focused on stuff.

Facility for laser cutting

We use machine with numeric control Amada LC-3015 X1 NT 4kW for nesting pattern of metal sheet. This facility allows to cut out in the shortest time metal sheets on fabricated parts with high quality and exact accuracy. Accuracy of runis 0,1mm. Workers of the company industrially cut out with laser metal sheets that are before 20 mm included.

Metal sheets processing on the punching machine

Company uses turret punch press Amada Europe 2510 which allows to perforate sheet with high accuracy. Also company using this technology performs form making, blanking, cutting down of sheet in 3 mm thickness.

Radial pipe bending
